Teresa May 2nd Dan

Autobiography Sensei Teresa May 2nd Dan.

I started karate in 1987 at the age of 10 with Norfolk Shotokan karate association where we trained at Great Ryburgh.
The kyu grades started off at red belt 9th kyu, I reached purple belt 5th kyu in 1988. I then went onto join Norfolk Wadoryu karate club in 1989 under the instruction of Mike Pettifer.
I gained my 1st Dan in 1996 with the Shindo-Kai karate association. I then went on to gain my 2nd Dan in 1998 with the English karate organisation.

I now help teach at the Norfolk Wadoryu Karate club.
