Juniors Successfully Grade Oct 2008
Congratulations to our new Juniors who all successfully
passed their yellow belt Gradings.

1st December 2007:
Lowestoft Training Course .
The course started promptly at 1.00pm with a warm up session conducted
by Sensei Keenan after 20 or so minutes of
intense warm up Sensei Bergin instructed us on various
locks and takedowns which are part of what sets Wadoryu aside from other
styles of karate.
After a short break Sensei Ridgeway took us through Jitte kata followed
by the bunkai for each of the moves.

1st December 2007:
Adrian achieves his 1st Dan.
The grading took place at Lowestoft and started with a three hour
training session followed by an hours grading which was in front of
Derek Ridgeway 7th Dan (head of Kazoku Kai International) and Tony
Bergin 5th Dan (Chief Instructor of Lowestoft Kazoku Kai).
This is the result of years of hard work and dedication and is a well
deserved black belt.
Well done and Congratulations Adrian, from Sensei Graham,
Sensei John and all the club
members.
